Customer Service Project Coordinator

Join the SCI team as a Customer Service Project Coordinator and help deliver exceptional service to our electrical distributor clients. In this role, you'll support a high volume of lighting project orders, collaborating closely with our manufacturers and internal sales team to ensure timely, efficient, and professional support throughout the order process.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual with a passion for customer service and a team-first attitude.
What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Manage and process multiple stock orders, promotions, and service requests from start to finish.
- Collaborate daily with manufacturers and sales teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver exceptional service and clear communication to distributor clients.
- Formulate product solutions that align with client budgets, stock requirements, and deadlines.
- Provide post-sales support, including order reconciliation and documentation.
- Organize and maintain detailed project records and supporting files.
- Handle high volumes of emails and calls while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Participate in ongoing product training and attend industry events as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Strong background in customer service.
- Experience in the lighting and controls industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities under strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with stock product lines, LED and control technologies, and pricing structures.
